This dynamic and rapidly expanding leading supplier of interior / exterior green living walls and sustainable green horticultural products, has created a fantastic new opportunity for an experience, passionate and enthusiastic, Customer Service Administrator / Logistics Coordinator, to join the team and play a vital role coordinating logistics, supporting customers, and making a real contribution to the continued growth of the business.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

SALARY: £21,000 - £22,000 Basic, plus benefits.

LOCATION: Based at the office in central Bath, just a few minutes walk from the station, and with all the benefits of working in a vibrant city centre location.

HOURS: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, ideally between 8.30am to 5.00pm, however finding the right person is the most important thing, so there may be flexibility - TBC

Working as part of a close-knit team in a very busy, sometimes pressured environment, your role as Customer Service Administrator / Logistics Coordinator will encompass a wide range of interesting and varied duties, but your main tasks will be planning and coordinating logistics, liaising with internal departments, clients and freight / transport companies via phone and email, updating customers on distribution status, and ensuring deliveries arrive on time and everything is to the customers’ satisfaction.

After in-depth product training, including gaining a firm understanding of the systems and procedures, your day-to-day responsibilities in this exciting, busy, and challenging role will include:

* Dealing with logistics, liaising with transport companies and clients, booking deliveries and ensuring continuity between all parties.

* Proactively monitoring and tracking the delivery status of orders.

* Handling phone calls, enquiries and emails.

* Dealing with Webshop enquiries - from enquiry to invoicing

* Web shop processing - of sales/transport/complaints

* Web -shop live chat

* Preparing sales quotations, purchase and sales orders.

* Proactively chasing up quotes and enquiries with a view to securing orders or sales appointments.

* Accepting sales orders over the telephone and email.

* Dealing with queries from new / existing customers.

* Advising on the best solutions / product

* Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system.

* Following up on quotes and ensuring fluid communication to the team.

* Updating quotes/forecasts/stock level management

* Maintaining Account and payments to the business (debt management).

An experience, enthusiastic, motivated and proactive Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator, you will be someone who is able to combine outstanding organisational abilities, admin skills and attention to detail with the self-confidence and communication skills needed support clients throughout the sales and delivery process, ensure excellent customer service, and help the sales team convert enquires into orders.

You will have knowledge and experience of logistics and distribution, and will be comfortable using a CRM system for logging quote details, plus you’ll have good computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook), and a solid foundation in English and mathematics.

Your key qualities should include:

* Quick to learn and able to work on your own initiative.

* An all-round communicator with a good telephone manner / call handling skills.

* Well organised and able to prioritise your own work load.

* A team player who understand the importance of shared targets and objective.
