Senior Contract Manager Birmingham £60,000-£70,000

A leading innovation company with an enviable client portfolio! Working across high profiled blue-chip businesses, public venues, global banks and world class research facilities accounts nationwide.

As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the full suite of hard facilities to key clients, working in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service is delivered and maintained at all times.

Innovation is key to long term success, and within the role you will be responsible for improving both operational and commercial performance, operational excellence and identifying opportunities for introducing new service lines and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day to day running of hard services.
  • Responsible for site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs and objectives.
  • Responsible for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins.
  • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy.
  • To ensure that all daily activities are conducted in a safe manner
  • Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited
  • Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures, emergency and contingency plans

Experience:

  • Experience of working in a demanding environment delivering hard services
  • Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance is desirable
  • Demonstrable management experience
  • Must have strong Health & Safety experience and qualifications like IOSH or NEBOS
  • Excellent communication and client facing silks
  • Ambitious and determined
