We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work for a vibrant and forward thinking business who really invest in their team. This role requires a motivational leader to inspire team members to achieve their full potential. You will be a personable and trustworthy team manager with a wealth of experience in people management and able to inspire individuals.
This is a key role for the success of this award winning business. The role involves:
- Delivering individual team member's 1-2-1 meetings
- Thoroughly understand your team's individual motivations and aspirations
- Helping your team to succeed and deliver
- Assessing and driving team performance
- Training and developing key skills within team members
- Assisting with recruitment for your team and undertaking final interviews
- Financial tracking of the success within your team
To be successful in this role and to lead this award winning team, you will have:
- A stable career history in team management
- Proven experience in a people management role
- Experience in inspiring and motivating your team
- A minimum of a 2:1 Degree or equivalent
