SF Group is currently recruiting for a Export Sales Administrator for their client based in North Nottinghamshire on a full time permanent basis. The company is well known and has a very friendly staff culture so you will be welcomed into the team.

As the Export Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the following;

• To maintain, run and develop reports on a daily basis as and when requested
• Maintain and update Tariff database on the management systems
• Document the Tariff classification process
• Complete and amend the product description onto the system
• To be able to understand and keep up to date with the Tariff of the UK and USA
• Use technical specifications to ensure the product description in the duty management system database ensuring you stick to strict HMRC requirements
• To understand and apply the rules and regulations applicable by JMRC legislation
• To complete and code information on the product form in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will have strong communication skills, a good team player but also be able to use your own initiative.
