Description

Key responsibilities for the successful Procurement administrator:

  • Assisting the purchasing and procurement department
  • Keeping up to date with general administrative duties
  • Updating on prices, quantities and delivery time scales
  • Working closely with key internal stakeholders
  • Data entry and Filing of paperwork
  • Order receipting/shipping & invoicing through the systems

Profile

The successful procurement administrator should have the following skill set.

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Can work on their own and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good computer skills, MS office

Job Offer
