Description
Key responsibilities for the successful Procurement administrator:
- Assisting the purchasing and procurement department
- Keeping up to date with general administrative duties
- Updating on prices, quantities and delivery time scales
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders
- Data entry and Filing of paperwork
- Order receipting/shipping & invoicing through the systems
Profile
The successful procurement administrator should have the following skill set.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Can work on their own and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Good negotiation skills
- Good computer skills, MS office
