An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Demand Planner based in Apsley, Hertfordshire. The opportune is to join a industry leading consumer electronics company.
The Demand Planner, Apsley will gather, analyse and validate data, execute statistical modelling and review resulting statistical forecast, apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting, summarise/aggregate statistical forecasts, review sales plans, Customer data, Finance Budget Updates. The successful candidate will also achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel, provide input to volume planning ( Latest Estimates / annual process) and maintain demand planning processes.
The Demand Planner, Apsley will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, mathematics or a related field, have experience using business intelligence suites PowerBI, Qlik or equivalent, have experience using SAP IBP and be able to build relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
