Operations and Compliance Manager

4 Site Security is one of the leading independent security provider’s in Yorkshire, UK.

We have been providing specialist security services for over 17 years and we are renowned for our exceptional customer service and the professionalism of our employees.

We supply security services (Manned Security and CCTV) throughout Yorkshire to various sectors

Due to expansion we are currently recruiting an Operations and Compliance Manager to join our team at our office in Leeds. It is essential you will be from a Security Industry or similar service led background, ideally with several years operations management experience. Compliance and Audit experience is not essential as training can be given. You will also have the following skills, and attributes.

• Experience of implementing processes and procedures
• Sound working knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety working practices

• A fully flexible approach to any project or business initiative

The Role

• Client liaison and contract management
• Completion of site surveys and assignment instructions
• Arranging and documenting training and professional development of staff
• Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
• Ongoing compliance and audit work, including preparation for an annual ISO/ACS audit.
• Develop new processes and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• A good working knowledge of GDPR

• £26k - £32k depending on experience
• 37.5 hours per week
