We require a Purchase / Office Administrator in Abingdon. As Purchase / Office Administrator you will;

·Purchase spare parts, deal with suppliers

·Liaise with accounts, update orders on SAP

·Screen and answer calls, organise meetings

As Purchase / Office Administrator you will also book staff entertainment, lunches etc. as required. Deal with any queries and general administration and be the 'go to’ person for the office. You will have previous office experience, be organised, efficient and self motivated. SAP knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. The client offers excellent benefits, 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical, DC pension. Hours are 8.30-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30-15.30 on a Friday.
