Operations Manager - Leading Managing Agent - Multi-Tenanted Commercial Building - Central London - Up to £55k + Package

Would you love the opportunity to manager both the hard and soft services in a fantastic multi-tenanted building, situated in the heart of London?

I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to provide a 5* soft and hard service provision; to help build and development relationships with a mixture of high end corporate tenants, whilst managing a team cleaners, front of house and the on-site contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily tenant and client liaison across the site.
  • Management of all Soft Service contractors on site including cleaning, catering, security, landscaping and post room.
  • Daily tenant liaison
  • Chairing meeting for tenants and sub contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiers.
  • Ensure any issues raised are dealt with accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Managing Agent Background
  • BIFM qualification
  • IOSH / NEBOSH - Essential
  • Experience in a similar role.

This is a truly exceptional opportunity for someone who wishes to add the management of a trophy building to their CV. This role is paying a salary of up to £50k + Package.
