Interim Procurement Executive - London (£350 p/d)

Interim Procurement Executive required to join a leading Airline organisation based in London on an initial 6 month contract at £350 per day

Responsibilities;

• Standardise and manage contractual agreements in order to minimize risk and TCO
• Manage warranty claims and LD
• Prepare various analysis and work with company departments to assure that suppliers are in compliance with contract terms
• Responsible for maintenance of contracts database and special terms documents
• Managed all aspects in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating terms revisions with vendors and internal stakeholders, gaining signatures, filling, coordinating exchange and delivery of contract materials with vendors.

You must be able to demonstrate;

• Procurement and contracts experience (preferably in the Aerospace industry)
• Understanding of the commercial proposals and contract preparation
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command for the English language.

Location: London

Rate: £350 per day

Duration: Initial 6 months
