A City based Insurance Group seeks a person with administration and organisational office support experience to provide support for the Senior Management Commitee members as required which will include liaising with senior management and clients. This will be an initial 3 month contract, with view to go permanent.

This will involve preparation of meeting rooms and arranging lunch/refreshments, sometimes at short notice. Collation of documentation and reports, including agendas and meeting packs; Update and maintain spreadsheets, using formatting, look ups knowledge of both would required.

Other duties include formatting letters, reports and presentations;Update policies and procedures. Chase outstanding documentation and deliverables;Undertake ad hoc research and project work;Filing, scanning, printing and photocopying, Booking meeting rooms.
