ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER SOUGHT FOR STUNNING HOTEL IN THE HALIFAX AREA

SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000

Berkeley Scott is very pleased to be recruiting in partnership with this high quality hotel in the Halifax area.

We are looking to attract candidates at Assistant Operations Manager level with a really good grounding in Food & Beverage. You needn’t actually come from a hotel background – As long as the F&B offers you have been working with are good, fresh and designed in-house, we would like to hear from you.

The role will involve a good level of training and attitude and a willingness to learn are actually more paramount than is your experience. As such, it would suit someone who is currently very strong in a supervisory or assistant / deputy role within a high quality fresh food restaurant who would like to make the transition to the hotel sector – Where often the chances for future progression and earnings can be much higher later in your career.

You don’t need to have accolades or a Michelin Star in your background, but longevity, passion and commitment will go a long way to achieving success here. Obviously hotel experience would be advantageous, but applicants from other sectors will be considered.

In return for your tenacity and ability to learn and develop, you will be rewarded with a very generous salary for a role of this type, up to £25,000, with a real chance to work with some of the most professional and friendly people in the industry – as well as some brilliant opportunities for future progression.
