Supply Chain Administrator (Buyer/logistics/Inventory/Warehouse/Service Coordinator)

Bedford, Bedfordshire

£19,000 to £21,000 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance

37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday (Early Finish on a Friday)

To apply for the post you must have office based experience in a transferable field - inventory, logistics, warehousing or purchasing/buying or service support.  You just need to be confident handling data, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.  Full training on the company’s products and systems will be given.  Those more junior looking for training and career development are also encouraged to apply.

You’ll be based in the Bedford office in an open plan and modern office.  You’ll be part of a team that are responsible for supporting the company’s purchasing, inventory and logistics. 

This is a busy and fast paced role where you’ll will primarily support the supply chain department and service when required.  A lot of the role is focused around dealing with waste management, permits and passes.  You will also with controlling and coordinating the company’s purchasing, inventory and logistics. 

The company are well established and have a global client base.  They are the market leaders in their field and have a great track record in offering training and internal promotion.

To be considered for the role you must:

* Administration experience in inventory, logistics, warehousing or purchasing, buying or service support based role

* IT literate

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, verbal & written

* Confident dealing with confidential data and documentation

* Willing to undergo security clearance checks
