My client is seeking a HR Operations Manager for their vibrant, professional and dynamic company! This is an opportunity of working for a global company within the beauty industry. Seeking someone with proven HR experience.

Location: Battersea, London

Salary Expectation: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus

Job Description:

Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
Running the day to day operations for employee inductions, performance, training, ER and immigration
Heading up the recruitment process, managing a Recruitment Administrator
Tracking and monitoring HR KPI's

Skills and personal attributes:

At least 3 years all round HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment legislation's
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ideally Level 5 CIPD qualified
