SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

The purpose of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to develop and deliver effective and sustainable supply chain solutions, manage risk throughout the value chain and drive continuous quality improvement for the benefit of my clients customers and key stakeholders.

About the Role

• To focus on important supply chain processes including; samples distribution and stock management.
• To coordinate the complete process for samples distribution and procurement of samples stock
• To review and process sample requests within the Salesforce CRM platform, working with a 3rd party service provider to ensure operational excellence within the samples supply chain.
• Work closely with a large range of key suppliers to ensure an efficient procurement and stock management process for samples.
• To record, analyse and monitor monthly samples movements, providing management information, invoice/cost analysis and performance reports.
• To provide support to the stock management process across all UK & International stock locations - reviewing stock trends, disposal requirements and business needs.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel

Background & Experience

• Interest in supply chain and/or logistics
• Knowledge/experience of stock management
• Desirable - Distribution and/or sales experience
• Desirable - Customer service experience
