Operations Manager required for an established and growing online retail brand. My client is a small online retail (15 staff) and have taken turnover from £50K to £3.5M.

They are currently experiencing some rapid growth which requires the Managing Director to hire a right hand person in the shape of an Operations Manager.

The successful individual will demonstrate;

  • Knowledge / experience of Online Retail
  • IT literate (Strong MS Office skills)
  • Backend online system experience of Linnworks a bonus
  • Good leadership and stakeholder management skills (will look after team of 8)
  • Analytical and understands processes
  • Educated to a good level
  • Good sales skills (able to see and explore opportunities)
  • Must have own car and have full UK driving licence
