Currently for my Client, international company from technology sector, I am looking for Campus Community & Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
* Project and operational management for your assigned Campus space, which includes:
* Owning the Campus user experience and proactively identifying how it can be continuously improved.
* Aligning cross-functional company's teams to deliver great user experience and project managing implementation of improvements to the physical space
* Acting as the go-to person for fixing physical operational issues, managing vendors and contractors to implementation and escalating urgent issues to get them solved.
* Supporting event and facilities logistics for all Campus-led programs and community-led events and workshops
* Clear stakeholder communication with regards to all operational projects.
* Managing POs and finance for all Campus operation. Community development lead, which includes:
* Creating a strategic plan and vision for startup community work and relationships with external organizations in close collaboration with the
* Executing on the plan by creating and fostering partnerships with external community organizations, and enabling them to be present at Campus through events and workshops that are relevant for startups.
* Developing membership and onboarding processes that add value to our target audience and build a sense of community.
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Solid project management skills, paired with resourcefulness
* Highly detail-oriented with both a quantitative and qualitative outlook yet at the same time an ability to step back and get the big picture.
* Experience working in and extensive knowledge of the local startup ecosystem.
* At least 4 years of relevant experience.
* Ability to speak and write English fluently.
