D.P.Supplies was established in 1978 and is a leading local supplier of I.T. and Office Supplies.

We currently have a vacancy for a Purchasing/Admin Officer to work alongside a busy sales and accounts office.

The successful applicant must be computer literate and able to handle a modern back office system, as well as being able to use their initiative and work well with others. Experience in admin is preferred.

The administration element of the job entails (but is not limited to) liasing with suppliers, managing queries, answering the phone and directing calls, data entry and managing orders through to completion.
The purchasing element is fast paced and requires attention to detail, a drive to save the company money, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Full training will be given.
