**New position **
We are recruiting for one of the top Freight Forwarders based in TILBURY they are seeking an ACCOUNTANT to look after the Sea and airfreight department.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Improving internal financial systems and MIC
- Producing appropriate accountancy policies and controls
- Maintaining and providing financial reports, control management
- Providing financial analysis and support to business operation and commercial
- Producing financial reports and accounts to Directors
- Monitoring and maintaining the company policy and administration
- Ensuring that employ are paid in a timely and effective manner
- Securing finance for company investments at the most favourable rates
- Managing and monitoring cash
- Reporting financial issues as and when they arise to the directors
- Completing financial analysis of business operations
Experience needed;
- Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Experience in budges, financial forecasts and cash flow forecasts
- It Literate
- Good attention to detail
- Self motivated
Working Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30 must be flexible
