My client is a global leader in the field of construction, infrastructure and logistics, with over 40,000 staff in the UK, and exciting growth plans throughout 2019. They are partnered with one of the worlds most recognisable brands in the design and construction of a new Distribution / Warehouse facility in Birmingham, and required a Senior Project Manager to join the team.

The role of Senior Project Manager will see you involved in both the design phase and construction of a 1m square foot Distribution Centre / Warehouse facility in Birmingham. This is a leadership positions that will you provide effective, hands on project delivery ensuring a high level of technical, financial and commercial control, as well as looking after a team of junior colleagues.

To be considered for the role of Senior Project Manager it is essential that you have similar relevant experience within the Distribution / Warehouse sector, and a proven track record managing projects up to £50m, ideally encompassing design and construction phase. A relevant degree (engineering / building / project management etc) and professional certifications would be ideal, along with excellent communication, leadership and consultative skills.

In return, a basic salary of between £50-60k is on offer, along with a fantastic corporate benefits package and the chance to lead on a prestigious project.
