Working closely with the Senior Indirect Procurement lead, you will autonomously develop & implement strategic procurement strategy as part of a global overhaul and implementation of best-in-class procurement practice.

As a Senior Buyer - Marketing Services you will:

• Develop a strategic procurement plan for your own marketing sub-categories
• Running competitive tenders and proposals for the supply of goods and services whilst negotiating with suppliers on commercial and contractual matters
• Supporting the Sr. category manager in the development, building and maintenance of supplier engagement
• Negotiating and working with key stakeholders in the business to ensure delivery in line with business objectives
• Managing and overseeing a spend reaching between £30 - £50 million

Procurement Experience Required:

• An excellent understanding of the 'cradle to grave' procurement process including contract drafting and general contract law
• Evidence of managing a category through its life cycle, and showing experience of delivering in bottom line value
• Proven analytical, influencing and negotiation skill
• Degree level education (or equivalent) and CIPS membership
