The role will be between 6 & 12 months and will be responsible for the packaging function of the Procurement team. The main responsibilities of the role are:-
Maximise value and ensure cost competitiveness
Develop and implement appropriate KPI's
Drive supplier performance improvement focusing on cost, quality and service
Ensure suppliers meet the current KPI's and focus on a long term packaging supply
Skills and experience
The role demands the following skills and experience:-
Extensive experience of packaging supplier management in an FMCG environment
Proven track record of Senior Packaging Procurement with knowledge of Cartons, Tins, Corrugated and Thermoforms
Able to deliver results in a fast paced environment
Management experience is essential
Highly analytical with strong communication skills
