This role is competitive.
A major national food manufacturer is seeking a Production Planner to create effective production plans including processing sales orders, liaising with distribution and stock reconciliation.
Your main responsibility will revolve around creating production plans thus converting sales forecast into production demand and highlighting capacity issues. You will work closely with production, sales and buying teams in production and planning processes.
Ideally you will be educated to A Level proficiency with experience within production or planning. Experience using Microsoft packages and/or SAP are advantageous, with a high level of numeracy and a logical approach to problem-solving a must.
