Interim Head of Supply Chain
Our client is one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies, with worldwide operations and a multi-billion dollar turnover. They are seeking a top-tier individual capable of leading a complex supply chain function during a period of transition
Title: Interim Head of Supply Chain
Location: Sienna, Italy
Salary: ?1000 per day
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading a large and complexly structured supply chain function, reporting into the Global Head of Supply Chain and the General Director of Italian Operations
- 360-degree responsibility for all supply chain activity surrounding high value commodities for the commercial pharmaceutical market
- Developing and implementing strategy and delivering supply chain improvement during a time of transition in the companies Italian supply chain operations
Key Requirements:
- Heavyweight experience in a Head of Supply Chain/Supply Chain Director role within a complex, large-scale environment
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster professional relationships very quickly
- A proven track record in strategy development and project delivery
- Italian language skills are desired but not essential
