Role Profile
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be running all on site operations in a well-respected, dynamic retail fulfilment organisation. You will be responsible for the operational performance of a 300,000 sq ft distribution centre, measured through inbound, picking and despatch KPI's. The role has 3 direct reports and up to 120 indirect reports at peak times.
Skills & Experience
Ideally with at least 5 years experience working in a busy retail logistics environment, all candidates must demonstrate strong motivational, communication, commercial, analytical, and IT skills. The ability to deliver results is a pre-requisite. Equally, you will need to be highly motivated, energetic, dynamic, confident, and be able to proactively encourage excellence throughout the organisation.
