Supply Chain Reporting & Improvement Co-Ordinator within leading Global FMCG organisation. Currently undertaking a period of change, driving consolidation & centralisation of regional supply chain management and investment in improved systems and processes, the business represents a dynamic environment for development & progression.


Supply Chain Reporting & Improvement Co-Ordinator within the best-practice supply chain function of this leading Global FMCG organisation, you will be responsible for the following remit:

Supporting Supply Chain KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvement
Analysis & reporting of material inventory & working capital - ensure optimal stock levels aligned to production plan resulting from S&OP Process
Participation, review & revision of inventory policies for direct materials & semi-finished goods
Contribute to process improvement within Supply Chain Plan based on performance indicators, drive innovation & support continuous improvement of customer service capability
Supporting strong KPI`s calculation process & publish to internal customers
Ensuring predicted KPI information available re: Supply Chain performance
Contribute to optimised business objective & performance, supporting integrating Supply Chain functions
Monitoring & reporting on materials planning KPIs, recommendations on performance improvement & contributing to implementation
Contributing to cost effective purchasing processes, measurements & controls
Analysing financial & market data related to Planning
Supporting implementation of systems & required changes to materials management processes
Bring transparency & understanding of planning process by reducing uncertainty & confusion through evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback facilitating enhanced planning performance.
Supporting, monitoring & improving KPI reporting & plans, contributing to targets, ensuring performance measured & reported

You will possess Supply Chain Planning and Customer Engagement skills.


Demonstrable experience within Supply Chain, supporting Supply / Material Planning processes
Industry experience within an FMCG organisation highly advantageous
Strategic thinking, be able to absorb complex issues and opportunities to be able to contribute to the overall strategy balancing pros and cons in diverse environments
Knowledge of the end-to-ed supply chain management process, including: procurement and planning with a sound appreciation of Best Practice
Strong analytical, planning, communication and influencing skills
Strong system knowledge (SAP, Excel)
