In this role you will be responsible for all product quality contact issues from Consumers via the free phone care line and various types of correspondence, through to resolution.
You'll be able to show off your confident IT skills, clear communication skills and your ability to take ownership of issues, and identify any consumer trends with consumers and the trade.
