Our client a major Multinational Food Manufacturer with category leading products is recruiting a Customer Operations Planner within their Supply Chain division.
We would like to hear from individuals with experience in either retail or manufacturing with exposure to supply chain planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) in an FMCG environment.
The role of Customer Operations Planner is responsible for a major grocer customer account and will include working in their head office one day per week. The role is designed to improve forecast accuracy, service levels and to drive Working Capital down. To achieve this you will be expected to manage collaborative relationships with the customer involving collaborative forecasting, promotional phasing and identifying distribution problems and root causes.
To apply experience in a similar role is required with confidence in using ERP systems in particular SAP APO. We are looking for talented individuals who are self starters and strong communicators with the analytical ability to deliver the required level of results in the role.
