Forward Prospects is currently recruiting for an Operations Co-ordinator for one of its clients, a global logistics provider based in the North East. Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
• Plan and monitor freight shipments
• Manage customer documentation
• Ensure invoicing is accurately completed
• Build and maintain customer relationships
The successful candidate will have experience working for a freight forwarder, ideally ocean related although candidates from air and road freight backgrounds will be considered. I.T. literacy is essential along with excellent attention to detail.
