The ELT Division is a global leader in the provision of multimedia English language teaching and learning materials. Operating in over 100 countries, it reaches millions of teachers and students each year to support the development of English language proficiency.
Sales Operations is a sales support function facilitating ELT sales growth through timely efficient supply of product to market, underpinned by responsible stock management and cost-effective superior customer service.

We are looking to recruit a Supply Coordinator to:

* Manage demand forecasting for a defined list of titles to provide a sound basis for stock management and print run commitments
* Initiate print runs on a timely basis to achieve agreed target margins
* Minimise supply lead times through effective placement of stock in multiple warehouse locations to meet market demands
* Control movement of stock to 3rd party locations and carry out reconciliation of stock quantities on our systems to satisfy audit requirements
* Facilitate efficient delivery of stock to customers by coordinating direct supply from printers
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* A confident decision maker with experience of MRP processes and practices to a medium term planning horizon
* Able to thrive in an often pressurised commercial environment with the ability to prioritise workload well
* A high level of numeracy, commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel
* Previous experience of SAP (especially APO and R/3 MM) would be desirable but not essential as would a familiarity with stock management control and basic financial awareness
